There is no comparison between Leaders and another property management company I use (in Auckland and I wish Leaders would operate out of Auckland). The service has been excellent - accounting is always on time and a useful summary is provided at the end of the year for tax purposes. Inspections of the property are regular and and issues are identified. Prompt action is taken if work is required and Leaders get the right balance between the need for maintenance and the customer's need for income.
