I have been very happy to have had Deborah Geary of Leaders Property Management as my property manager since the early 1990s. With two very different apartments during this time, Deborah has managed both properties through some difficult times. With her diligence and commitment to getting (and retaining) the right tenant, the properties have been well cared for, there have been no rent arrears to worry about and overall the vacancy periods have been minor. Deborah's experience and her depth of knowledge of this business has certainly helped allay concerns I've had from time to time.
