I so appreciate everything that was done so very quickly during that evening, and the following day by all the workers involved. I think of them as "your team" they certainly like and respect you. When you were on the scene supervising giving the fast answer to everything that came up...it was very impressive. I hope you like your job, you're good at it.

It's been a pleasure being your tenant these last 5 months.
I'd like to thank you for the great service during my stay in the flat - especially the extremely rapid fixing of maintenance issues, the courteous notification in advance when someone was going to visit the property, and the no-fuss property inspection. All of these things I'll probably never take for granted after the experience my fiancee has had in her last two flats. It's been very easy here and it's much appreciated.
